Princess Diana’s death 31 August 1997- R and I were babysitting his nieces. My Mom called me to tell me about it.
Attack on the twin towers 11 September 2001- I was laying in B's room nursing him when my mother in law called for us to turn the TV on. We got to see the second tower go down and see all those poor people jumping out of the building. Still sends chills down my spine....
Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster January 28, 1986 - I was in 4th grade, the teacher got a TV and we got to see in our class....over and over...so sad!
Space Shuttle Columbia Disaster February 1, 2003 - I was getting out of bed when I heard the loud boom. I swear I felt the earth shake!
Oklahoma City Bombing April 19, 1995 - I was getting ready for the regional track meet when I heard about this.

Hey, I was in 4th grade when the shuttle crashed. Ms. Elizando brought the tv in our room and we watched it. You would have been in 3rd right?
