Here we go, again! My poor kids keep getting every virus that's out there. Last month they all had the flu. And they even got their flu shot. The Dr said it was a different strand of the flu so the shot they got wouldn't actually be helping. "Grrrreat....all that for nothing!!" Then, a week after they had the flu they got another virus that was going around at school. ( 3 weeks later and we have fever again.) Only this time it's only my son. L has a cough but nothing too serious. My son has had fever off and on this past weekend. I'm telling you this virus is weird. Last night he was complaining that his throat was sore. So off to the Dr we go again. I hope they can give him an antibiotic to help cure it faster. This virus crud is really getting on my nerves....
"Oh, Mrs. Stacy it's a virus....continue with the over the counter meds you are already giving him......blah, blah, blah......oh and that will be $50 dollars."Arrrrrrrrrrr
Are my kids the only ones getting sick???

I hope you can get a better answer at the drs today. I hope they can give him something this time. And I hope no one else gets it!
Oh no!!!!! I sure hope they feel better soon. Kenzie had the CHICKEN POX!!!! And I didn't get any pictures to put it on the blog. :o( But they weren't bad at all. Miss you too girl. Call me when you can talk.
i know right... its SOOO annoying when you go to the doc and even they cant help you! hope everyone in your house starts feeling better soon.
when my 2 daughters were very young they got sick all the time, I swear I went to the doctors 2 or 3 times a week. Now that they are older, 10 and 14 it is far and few in between although this is the second day my 14 year old is home with a fever!
It gets better, they are just exposed to everything at a young age, and when they hit around 7 or 8 you'll notice they hardly get sick anymore!
I am sorry to hear B is still sick, thank goodness Em didn't get strep like Er had hopefully she won't get it....
I hope you get answers and help today at the Doc, and the kids feel better soon.
These viruses are a pain in the neck, huh! I had a lunch date with some girlfriends today-we had to cancel, because everyones kids were home sick!
Garlic, it's a natural antibiotic!
That is frustrating, hope that the family is all better and back to normal soon. Drs visits are no fun.
Yeah, my daughter was sneezing up a storm on the way to school this morning and a runny nose. OH man here it comes!I told her she could not get sick until we met our insurance deductiblt , guess she didn't understand!!!LOL!
I just hate going to the Dr. to learn something I already know.... It drives me batty! I hope you are all healthy and feeling ducky again soon! XO!
Aww..your poor kiddos! There is definitely something going around! It's hard when the doctors can't pin point it! Praying they get better quickly!!
